Week 2 - Body Position & Terrain Awareness

Week 3 - Cornering & Climbing

Each session will run for 1 ½ hours over consecutive weeks.

Dates:

First-Timers - Saturday, 19th & 26th April and Saturday 3rd May at 9.30 am.

Beginners - Sunday, 20th, 27th April and Sunday, 4th May at 9.30 am.

Rider ability: This program is suitable for a first-time mountain bike rider who has never ridden a mountain bike on a mountain bike trail or someone who has ridden but needs to build confidence and skills.

Requirements: All participants must have their own bike and equipment. Hire can be organised at an additional cost. You need to be available for all three sessions.

Sessions are subject to trail and weather conditions. If there is a need to postpone, the program will be extended by a week.
